# Social Media Distancing              

Either totally refrain from them or at least stop looking at all the negativity there on all sort of media: Print, electronic and social.

# From Depressed to Delighted by being Creative

Use Creativity for overcoming stress, anxiety and depression. Also use creativity in problem solving as we cannot solve today's problem with yesterday's solutions. 

# Journalize your thoughts   

As first task after you wake up in the morning, write whatever comes to your mind for 45 minutes or 6 long pages, whichever is earlier. 

# Extend Helping Hands        

Others may also be in trouble, extend help to them. You will forget your issues for the time being and will feel great after helping. 

# Be in Consciousness - Awareness

Instead of doing things on autopilot mode, practice and be present. If we are aware of what's bothering us, we may choose to refrain from thinking about it. 

# Accept the Uncontrollable

Our of all the issues bothering you, focus and solve controllable and learn to accept the uncontrollable. 

# Be in Gratitude      

Write minimum three gratitude statements everyday. 

# Care for Mother Nature

Calamities and pandemic are outcome of exploitation of nature, care instead.

# Seek Forgiveness

As per Karmik theory, everything is karma based, hence Forgiveness heals and cleanses.
