Journaling to Curb your Overthinking

Highly Powerful Technique - Journaling 📄✍

How often do we review our day? Do you check your Thoughts.

Just imagine, if we do something, but we don't review it, what would be the fate? 

And now related to your day. You spend the entire day doing something or not doing something and you don't review it. Will you be able to to revise, correct or change the way you pass your day? 

Just like that, if you are over thinking, you are focusing on problems and not solutions. Or may be you are just thinking and not able to reach to conclusion or not able to implement the solution.

So, I am sharing a very simple but highly powerful tool to do this task of reviewing your day.

Here we go: 

Before you go to sleep, write down these two things:

First write three gratitude statements for three good things that has happened during the day.

This will help you shift your focus from negative or unwanted things to positive things.

Another is please write highlights of the day incorporating your thoughts and feelings.

If you felt bad, check what were you thinking? We waste lot of time thinking about things we feel bad about.

If you do these regularly, soon you will observe a shift in the thought pattern.

By Self Observation, correction takes place automatically. Journaling is a simple yet powerful tool for Self Observation
